Under the aegis of Axis Colleges Management Department has conducted the  Certification Distribution Ceremony on successful completion of the Skill Up – Empowering the Next Generation Employability Enhancement Training, a rigorous 60-hour program made possible through our partnership with the Centum Foundation.

This meaningful program was developed to provide our management students with industry relevant skills, enhance their employability and allow academic education to engage with employment requirements.

During the training, students experience hands-on sessions through which they developed skills including communication, teamwork, problem solving, interviewing, workplace professionalism among other soft and technical skills that are relevant in today’s competitive job market.

The program was delivered in various interactive sessions, hands-on simulations, cooperative learning, assessments that provide the students not only a boost in confidence but also helpsin their ability to think critically and resolve problems with the best solutions.

The training was beneficial in ensuring students were developing their professional strategies, preparing them as industry competent candidates, and improving their leverage of insight on employer expectations. The instructor quality was ensured by the partnering Centum Foundation, with amazing trainers.
