AITM CSE 2nd Year Students Shine at the State-Level Hackathon AI Tech Confluence 2025 with New Ideas and Insights The Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Axis Institute of Technology and Management did quite well at AI Tech Confluence 2025.
The famous AI Tech Confluence 2025 took place at Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) in Lucknow. The Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) 2nd-year students from Axis Institute of Technology and Management (AIM) in Kanpur did an amazing job.
Team BacKBencHerS, which included Raghavendra Singh (CSE, 2nd Year) and Prateek Pal (CSE, 2nd Year), stood out among many other teams and came in third place in the high-stakes hackathon. Studify is an AI-powered web tool that helps students keep track of their study schedules.
It’s a new project by them. As a thank-you, BacKBencHerS got ₹3000 in cash and a goodie bag from HCLTech and GUVI. The bag had branded items including a premium t-shirt and cutting-edge tech accessories.
The judges liked that Studify could make smart plans, employ Pomodoro-based focus timers, suggest study sessions based on AI, and show productivity visually, all through a clean and simple interface.
The event began with a ceremonial lamp burning and a heartfelt Saraswati Vandana. After that, industry experts from HCLTech, GUVI, and AKTU led a series of interesting seminars.
These courses taught a lot about the latest AI developments, how to write a good resume, and how to get ready for a job. Axis College offered special transportation for its students to Lucknow to make the trip more exciting and collaborative, full of anticipation and final-stage presentation preparations.
This was a great approach to get students more involved. In addition to the awards, CSE 2nd Year students Kartik Shukla and Fahad Naseem made the school proud by winning prizes in the Oral Quiz competition, which showed how quickly they could think and how well they understood the concepts.
There was a prize-giving ceremony and group photos at the end of the event. The whole thing left a lasting impression of youth, teamwork, and new ideas. AI Tech Confluence 2025 showed that it is a good place to find and develop new talent and boost the confidence of the technologists of the future.
