Axis College proudly hosted “First Stride” – the Orientation Program of Axis Institute of Planning & Management (AIPM) for the MBA Batch 2025–27.
The program began with a ceremonial lamp lighting and traditional welcome to the participants. The keynote session was intended to inspire the student to give them an up-close opportunity to hear from eminent speakers, senior faculty, and guests of honour.
The rapid-fire descriptions made sense of some of the values we try to instil in management education discipline, leadership and innovation.
Then the students were introduced to the institutional structure, while describing the academic calendar and outlining the different terms and opportunities for academic and personal development.
The day was filled with interactive sessions and motivational talks, as well as cultural performances from seniors to help create a sense of belonging.
The program concluded with inspiring words and encouragement to start the first step with motivation and confidence.
